PAYMENT TERMS
All orders must be prepaid before shipment. Methods of payment include Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges are NOT included in your subtotal. We charge the actual shipping charges as set by the carrier. These charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the box. Thr amount billed to you will be added to your subtotal. Standard ground is the normal shipping method. If you want expidited delivery please note that on your order. Again the actual charge by the carrier will be passed along to you. All efforts will be made to ship the same day the order is placed. A $3.00 handling charge will be added to all orders under $30.00. Shipping is only available within the U.S. Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Missouri customers.
BACK ORDERS
If an order is placed for an out of stock item, Outlaw Motorsports will ship the backordered item seperately. These items and related freight cost will be charged seperately at the time they are shipped.
RETURNS
Returns are allowed within 10 days for ful credit or exchange. The merchandise must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Your original Outlaw Motorsports invoice must be included with return. All returns must be sent freight prepaid to Outlaw Motorsports. Credit or exchange will be limited to the purchase price of the item and will NOT include shipping, handling, insurance, or labor charges.
